“I view art as a vehicle to reflect the human experience. Through each picture, I want to convey a message, a story, or sometimes an emotion at that moment. I am willing to ignore the technical requirements to respect the emotion captured at the time of shooting.”
Following Mom To The Field
Photo taken with Canon kiss, Fujifilm. On the way to work in Ha Giang, October 2019, we happened to see a corner of the main rice terraces, which is very fragrant, shiny yellow in the autumn sun. Even more beautiful is the image of a small family. The mother harvests rice with the baby on her back, who surprisingly didn't cry one bit.
The Smile Of Ripe Rice
The Nung sisters in Ha Giang, photos taken with Canon 6D on a business trip in 2015. They worked and chatted at the same time, and even to a stranger like myself, who does not understand their language, I know that they are filled with happiness.
Hanoi Autumn Morning
Breathing the clear air of early autumn, every morning these aunties get up early, massage their scalps, their minds always clear, their hair healthy and shiny
I Have Grown Up
Photo taken in Ha Giang 2014 —While waiting for my bike to be fixed, I wandered around to observe the lives of people in the highlands. Their lives are filled with lots of colors, warm love and signature forest fragrance.
